Husque

The Husque designs created by product and furniture designer Marc Harrison were inspired by recycling the Australian Macadamia Nut. Milled Australian macadamia shell is processed with polymer to create a dense mouldable material akin to Bakelite from the 1930's.

Husque is the first company ever to use the waste shell from the Australian Macadamia Nut to manufacture goods.

Husque was recently chosen to exhibit in the Maison & Objet Trend Forum in Paris and the Smartworks exhibition in the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney.
